Chewy Brownies CARAMEL
Ingredients:
2-Candies packages (about 100)
1 ⅓ cups-condensed milk
1 ½ cup butter
2 German Chocolate Cake mix boxes
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped walnuts
24 ounces Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Melt caramels with two packets of ⅔ cup evaporated milk in microwave or double boiler.
Mix two boxes of German Chocolate cake mix with 1 ½ cups melted⅔ cups butter, evaporated milk, 1 cup pecans and 1 cup of walnuts.
Mix cake mix until moistened. This mixture is very thick cake. Press half of mixture into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 24 grams of whole milk-chocolate chips and pour caramel mixture over chocolate chips. Press the remaining dough between your hands and lay on top of Caramel.
Bake baking pan and bake for another 18 minutes, thenRemove from oven, cool for 10 minutes, cut and serve.
Yields about 25 cookies Chewy caramel
Note: Add chopped pecans and another 1/2-cup chopped pecans top this brownie with him taking over from the oven. I also have the marshmallow cream, gave this recipe, and that is dying, but very rich.
